Transparency, Gratitude, and Innovation

We are consciously thankful

to the land we live and operate on

we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where we work and live, The Turrbal and Jagera peoples of the Nation. We pay our respects to Elders, past, and present. We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land. We are proudly Australian-made. Our premium skincare collection is certified Australian Made by AMCL (Australian Made Campaign Limited).

to our local producers and suppliers

we choose to formulate with local ingredients whenever possible. As an Aussie brand we are passionate about supporting local producers and suppliers. Our Kakadu plum is native to Australia and we are proud to use this incredible plum that has been used by the indigenous communities for thousands of years.

for the animals

who give us so much love and we forever commit to always being a cruelty free, vegan brand. We are certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA’s Beauty Without Bunnies’ program, and we promise to continue to make the world a better place for our animal friends.

for the planet and its resources.

We only choose the highest quality plant-derived ingredients for our skincare range. We only use the safest ingredients for ourselves and the environment.

To limit the amount of plastic waste produced by the beauty industry, we chose glass bottles that are 100% recyclable. Glass is a good option for sustainable packaging because it can be recycled indefinitely without losing its quality.

Our unit cartons are 100% recyclable and printed locally at a HACCP facility in Queensland. They are FSC certified and printed with vegetable dyes, and we use non-toxic and environmentally friendly glue. Using paper from eco-friendly sources helps reduce landfill use and deforestation. Our mailer boxes are 100% recyclable and made in Australia. We don't use plastic wraps or bubble wraps to package our products, and our unit cartons and mailer boxes do not have plastic coating which makes it easier for recycling.

We are conscious of our carbon footprint and we are working to reduce our emissions and carbon footprints. We ship with Australia Post, which is carbon neutral on all domestic and international shipments. See more here on the carbon neutral program offered by Australia Post- https://auspost.com.au/about-us/corporate-responsibility/our-environment/carbon-neutral-parcel-delivery Furthermore, we have our primary operations located in close proximity to one another, which reduces transportation and our carbon footprint even further. We are committed to keeping our product line small and focused, as reducing unnecessary production and consumption is critical to reducing waste globally.

for working with people from diverse and multicultural backgrounds

we believe that diversity brings uniqueness and different perspectives. Our overarching goal is to build an inclusive community based on the foundation of not just recognising, but also celebrating uniqueness. Roses are a reminder that beauty comes in all shapes and colours. Our entire brand ecosystem - our teammates, founding partners, campaign considerations, and brand imagery - always has true representation of people from all communities. As an Aussie brand, we want to symbolise and reflect the fact that Australia is a multicultural country with people from over 200 nations.

for working with our wonderful manufacturing team

whose values strongly align with ours. They are a remarkably inclusive organisation that employs a diverse and multicultural workforce. Our manufacturers are similarly passionate with ingredient quality and strive to meet the highest standards at all times. They only use cruelty-free ingredients from ethical suppliers, and they commence formulating as soon as the ingredients arrive, so the ingredients don't lose their potency. Small batch production ensures the product's freshness and efficacy, as well as reducing potential waste by producing only enough to meet immediate demand. They have a stringent "no waste" policy when it comes to the boxes and packing materials that come into the filling facility, with the majority of the boxes being reused to ship out wholesale orders.
