Gifting is practicing gratitude and a good way to brighten your loved one’s day. You can send Thank Rose products as a gift. Simply add the Recipients name and address at the checkout and they will directly receive the package. However, do note we are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”. Even if the order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient.

Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union and various others) charge duties or Value Added Tax or GST when goods are imported. Thank Rose has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges or customs clearance fees. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security, and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.

Prior to placing an order, it is your responsibility to understand your country’s import duties and taxes/levies. All the prices that are displayed on thankrose.com do not include any customs clearance fees or any import duties or taxes that you may need to pay depending on which country you are ordering from.

It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax, or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Thank Rose will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country.)

It is required by Australian export regulations to declare the exact values of all the items that are ordered, and we need to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’ to comply with the law.

Everyone’s skin is unique, and we know how tricky it can be to find a skincare product that doesn’t irritate. That’s why our formulations have been specifically designed for sensitive skin. The ingredients we use are non-sensitising and are formulated with high-quality ingredients.

Our products do not contain any hidden nasties that can aggravate sensitive skin, and all our formulations are free from fragrances, essential oils, and alcohol.

We do always recommend doing a patch test before using any product on your skin. If you’re unsure if our products are suited to your skin type, please consult with your dermatologist before using them.

Doing an at-home patch test is easy. Simply apply a small amount of product to an area of your skin that is less visible, we suggest the inside of your elbow or the side of your neck. Leave it on for the day to see if any irritation occurs. If your skin shows a sign of not liking the product, then this product may not be the one for you.

Yes, the rumours are true, but preservatives are very important in skincare. 

Preservatives prevent the growth of micro-organisms, without preservatives, your skincare products can quickly go from being beneficial to harmful. That’s why we use safe, non-toxic preservatives at a bare minimum percentage to ensure the safety of products from bacterial growth.

Our products are not certified halal, but they are suitable for use as we are 100% vegan.

We are also Peta-certified vegan and cruelty-free.

Who doesn’t love to stop and smell the roses? Well, we love smelling fresh roses but synthetic fragrances in cosmetics aren’t a good thing. Synthetic fragrance in skincare has no functional use for skin health, besides just smelling good, and more often than not, they lead to skin irritation and skin sensitivity.

We use the non-fragrant component of the rose plant i.e. rosehips, such as Chestnut rose (Rosa Roxburghii fruit). The scents and fragrances from our products are a wonderful blend of pure botanical oils and extracts.

We do not use any of the ingredients of concern during pregnancy and nursing like Retin-A, Retinol, Retinyl Palmitate, Tazorac and Accutane, Benzoyl Peroxide, and Salicylic Acids, Essential oils, Hydroquinone, Aluminium Chloride, Formaldehyde, Chemical Sunscreens, Tetracycline, Dihydroxyacetone.

Since we don’t have the above-mentioned list of ingredients it should be suitable for you but we always advise you to check with a medical professional prior to use.

Yes, all our products are gluten-free. 

All our products have the expiry date printed on the packaging. After opening, you can enjoy your product for up to 12 months and for 24 months if unopened.
